About the Role: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape the visual identity and usability of LeadEst8. Our users are real estate agents who need powerful tools that are incredibly easy to use. Your goal is to turn complex CRM and AI automation workflows into a clean, intuitive, and delightful user interface.
Responsibilities:

Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for our CRM and AI features.

Conduct user research to understand the pain points of real estate professionals.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure a cohesive look and feel across the platform.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Strong portfolio demonstrating complex dashboard or CRM design work.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
