About the Role: We want to build a movement, not just a user base. The Community Manager will nurture our community of real estate agents, fostering engagement, peer-to-peer learning, and brand advocacy.
Responsibilities:

Manage and moderate our private Facebook/Slack community groups.

Host weekly webinars, AMAs, and live training events.

Identify power users and build a brand ambassador program.

Gather community feedback and relay it to the Product team.
Requirements:

Experience building online communities or managing social media groups.

High energy and excellent written communication skills.

Ability to create engaging content (video/text) to spark conversation.
