About the Role: We need an insider. As our Real Estate Industry Consultant, you will use your deep domain expertise to ensure our product genuinely solves the problems agents face daily. You will be the internal “Voice of the Agent.”
Responsibilities:

Advise the Product and Marketing teams on industry trends and lingo.

Audit our software workflows to ensure they match real-world agent behaviors.

Train our internal sales and support teams on real estate nuances.

Represent LeadEst8 at industry conferences.
Requirements:

Active or former Real Estate License.

5+ years of experience as an agent or broker.

Deep understanding of lead generation and conversion in real estate.
