About the Role: LeadEst8 is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for our core CRM and AI sales agent features. You will act as the bridge between our technical team and our real estate users, prioritizing features that drive user retention and growth.
Responsibilities:

Define the product vision and roadmap based on market research and user feedback.

Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Analyze product metrics (usage, churn, adoption) to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:

3-5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Background in PropTech or Real Estate software is highly desirable.
