About the Role: The first 30 days are critical for our users. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new clients through the setup of their LeadEst8 account, ensuring they are set up to win immediately.
Responsibilities:

Conduct video onboarding sessions with new agents and teams.

Assist users in importing contacts and setting up integrations (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com).

Configure AI automation workflows tailored to the client’s business.

Provide training on key platform features to drive adoption.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Support, Success, or Account Management).

Tech-savvy with the ability to explain software to non-technical users.

Patience and a “teacher” mindset.
