About the Role: LeadEst8 grows faster when we work together. The Partnership Manager will build relationships with real estate coaches, influencers, and complementary tech platforms to drive referral business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit strategic partners (Coaches, influencers, associations).

  • Negotiate and manage revenue-share or affiliate agreements.

  • Co-market with partners through webinars and guest content.

  • Track partner performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, channel sales, or partnerships.

  • Existing network in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
