About the Role: We need a data-driven marketer to scale our user acquisition. The Growth Marketing Manager will own our paid acquisition channels and experiment with new ways to drive low-cost, high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:

Manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.

Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels (CRO).

Track CAC, LTV, and ROAS rigorously.

Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives and copy.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in performance marketing / demand gen.

Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical skills (Excel/SQL is a plus).
