About the Role: Focusing on our larger brokerage clients, the CRM Implementation Specialist handles complex data migrations and custom setups. You are the technical hands that ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to LeadEst8.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients.

Perform complex data mapping and migration from other CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Troubleshoot integration issues with third-party real estate tools.

Create technical documentation for custom client setups.
Requirements:

Experience with CRM data migration and database management.

Strong Excel/CSV manipulation skills.

Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.

Project management skills to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
