Head of Customer Success

About the Role: We are looking for a strategic leader to build and scale our Customer Success department. You will be responsible for customer retention, onboarding strategies, and ensuring every real estate agent who joins LeadEst8 achieves success.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the customer journey from sale to renewal.

  • Build and manage a team of CSMs and Support Specialists.

  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase Net Dollar Retention (NDR).

  • Serve as the escalation point for major client issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of reducing churn in a SaaS environment.

  • Excellent empathy and communication skills.

  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a strong plus.
